REPAIR & SERVICING
Whether your unit needs cleaning, repairs or a general assessment, our service is more than capable of getting the job done. We have parts for all our models. Based on the environment that the unit is being used in, service may be required more frequently, however, the recommended service is once every three months.
A service contract will give you the following benefits:
- On-site service at a reduced rate based on a confirmed contract for a period of at least one year.
- A courtesy unit will be brought in to be used while your unit is being serviced.
- Should the unit requires to be brought into our service bay for repairs, a courtesy unit will be left for your use.
- For repairs you will have 7 business days to submit a PO or in some cases make a payment. If order is sent after that period a rental charge will be applied for the courtesy unit.
